mm2 Entertainment to partner Rhizophora Ventures and Pinewood Iskandar Malaysia Studios on multiple
Singapore, 11 May, 2017 – mm2 Entertainment Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of mm2 Asia Ltd. (“mm2 Asia” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”), has entered into a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Pinewood Iskandar Malaysia Studios Sdn Bhd (“PIMS”) and Rhizophora Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (“RVSB”), which will kick-start a collaboration between the three parties to produce content and promote PIMS across the region.
The MOU calls for a strategic partnership and co-investments by mm2 Asia and RVSB to produce up to 12 movie projects and up to 5 dramas in PIMS over the next three years.

Along with the valuable support and funding of Rhizophora Ventures, the Iskandar region will be abuzz with our production activities. This will in turn attract more international industry partners there.” said Mr Chang Long Jong, CEO of mm2 Asia.
