Change of Company Secretay
The Board of Directors (“Board”) of mm2 Asia Ltd. (“Company”) wishes to announce that Ms. Shirley Tan Sey Liy (“Ms. Shirley Tan”) has resigned as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 1 November 2017 and instead thereof Ms. Siau Kuei Lian has been appointed as the Company Secretary with effect from 1 November 2017.
The Board would like to express its appreciation to Ms. Shirley Tan for her contributions during her term as the Company Secretary and wishes her success in her future endeavours.
